WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
All products are for delivery to Australian customers and we only deliver to the address as specified in the shipping information you have provided us. We do not currently ship to overseas addresses.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?
Once you have placed your order we estimate that your order will be delivered in approximately 2-10 working days.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DELIVERY IS DELAYED OR LOST?
We aim for our customers to receive their orders as quickly as possible; however there are occasions where unforeseen circumstances impact on delivery times and services. We cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed goods relying on subsequent external services such as Australia Post.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
For almost all products and postcodes, we do not charge a delivery fee if your purchases total over $49 in one order. For orders under $49 we charge a $6.95 flat fee for each product shipped via Australia Post Standard Delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more detail.
Please note: Parcels often cannot be left at the address if they do not fit in your letterbox and there is no one there to collect. To ensure you can collect your parcel, it is best to have it delivered to your daytime address. In the event that Australia Post can’t make delivery, they will leave a notice card in your letterbox with instructions on where to collect.
