The products were not delivered to the business address in Port Melbourne, no attempt was made.
I had to drive to the delivery companies depot ( aramex delivery limited ), on arrival there was a line of people all with the same complaint they had not received their goods and when they/we followed up with the tracking found an advice "unable to deliver".
the people as did I telephoned aramex several times and the telephones were not answered!
I decided to drive to the depot as did the other people there and physically get an answer, check if they existed.
My purchases as were the other customers held at the depot, aramex were unable to advise when the delivery was attempted and this was the situation with all who were at the depot when I was there.
My delivery was to my a business house part of Wesfarmers Group and the reception is attended 0800 till 1800 hours.
I we suspect that this is a devious and reprehensible ploy by aramex to save on cost of delivery fees.
I personal will not deal with aramex at any time in the future as will be the case with the other customers who were considerably inconvenienced.
As long as your company uses aramex I will not deal with your company.
The packaging was a wafer thin bad which contained a 1 ltr bottle of pet shampoo that had a strip of tape over the top to secure it, there was also a packet of worm pills in the same package it was crushed and the contents of the shampoo had leaked over the box and rendered it a soggy mess.
I spent AU$178.00 with your company, and the packaging was inadequate to say the least and the products in a disgusting state.
Be warned all who read this review I would give this group a 1 star rating out of sympathy and the benefit of the doubt.
