I give my cat these during the day for healthy snack (he gets wet food with supplements for meals as he is a senior cat). Since changing from generic cat food to this one I have seen a huge improvement in the well being of my cat. He seems less anxious and he no longer seeks out things to pee on. He even sleeps heavier now. Very content kitty
