The KONG Puppy toy is the original toy that started the KONG Puppy product line made with Kong's exclusive teething rubber formula. Veterinarians and trainers recommend stuffing the KONG Puppy with puppy treats to aid in crate training, decrease separation anxiety, promote proper chewing behaviour and deter misbehaviour. The Kong Puppy is available in the following sizes:
- Small - approximately 7.5cm high, suits puppies up to 9kg.
- Medium - approximately 9cm high, suits puppies 7 to 16kg.
- Large - approximately 10cm high, suits puppies 13 to 30kg.
While made of highly durable rubber, the KONG Puppy is designed for puppy-strength chewing and is not as durable as other Kong toys such as the Kong Classic or Kong Extreme.
Note: The Kong Puppy is available in randomly assorted colours (pink or blue). If you have a preference for colour, please let us know when you order and we will try to accommodate you. However, we cannot guarantee your choice of colour will be available.
The Kong Story: KONG was founded by Joe Markham. Joe loved his trained police dog, Fritz, but did not love his destructive chewing habits.
