Auto-Ship Cancellations and Changes
You can skip, change or cancel your auto-ship at any time through your account or by emailing customer@petsuppliesempire.com.au. There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.
Changes or cancellations take effect for orders that have not yet been processed. To avoid being charged for your next order, make the change at least 2 business days before the scheduled order date. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, our Returns and Refunds Policy applies.
Price changes
If the price of an item in your auto-ship goes up, or your auto-ship discount is reduced, we will email you at least 14 days before the next order that includes the new price. You can skip, change or cancel before that order with no fee.
Cancellations by us
We may cancel or pause your auto-ship if a product is discontinued or unavailable, or if payment can't be taken. We will tell you by email and you will not be charged for any order we cancel.
Full details are in clause 14 of our Terms of Service.
